Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, enhance customer experience, and meet customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the architecture and engineering industries. Understand client needs and objectives, and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our products and services. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with clients, promote our service, and generate leads. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges. Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and bids for clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the architecture and engineering industries. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify emerging customer needs, technological advancements, and competitive threats. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
