Child Interventionist

Hiring Part Time and Full Time!

About Position :

Our Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism.

What We Are Looking For :

  • We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Child Interventionists / ABA Behavior Technicians
  • Technicians who share our enthusiasm for empowering young children affected by autism.
  • Our work goes beyond routine employment - it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where you feel valued, appreciated, and empowered.

Duties :

  • Your role as a Child Interventionist involves working directly with children,
  • Using Play-Based activities to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and social interaction.
  • We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in guiding these children toward growth and development.

    • Competitive compensation : Earn $16.00 - $18.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.

    Schedule :

    Full Time : M-F 8AM-4PM - 30+ Hours / Week, benefits included

    Part Time : 3-5 Days During The Week-  20-30+ hours per week, providing the ideal work-life balance

    What Qualifies You :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for Children : A genuine love for working with children.
  • Driver's License : Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Positive Attitude : Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
