About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations. In this critical role, you will oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements while ensuring compliance with GAAP. You will spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, as well as manage cash flow forecasting and financial risk management. Your expertise will help develop robust internal controls to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

As CFO, you will coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, driving process improvements and system implementations to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in senior financial management, preferably within the construction sector. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred.

We are looking for a leader who can mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, providing valuable strategic financial insights and analysis to senior management.
