Warehouse Clerk - Night - SYGMA - US

Warehouse Clerk

Under general supervision, provide general clerical support of night shift warehouse operations. Schedule : Sunday - Thursday 7 : 00 p.m. - 3 : 30 a.m. (finish) Pay : $22 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Generate, clear flags and export orders in BFC Dakota in the truck builder for night shift selectors.
• Communicate with the routing department for special instructions on a nightly basis.
• Collate all labels, check-offs and load sheets for night shift operation.
• On a daily basis, complete all duties shown on the daily list.
• Track and record shipping statistics for the night shift on a nightly basis.
• Review catchweight data input for accuracy.
• Develop invoices for all routes.
• Collect and distribute all needed documentation for the transportation department.
• Adhere to all applicable good manufacturing practices (GMP), personal hygiene, and safe quality food (SQF) policies and procedures as described in the European imports Sysco food safety training manual.
• Assist in product recalls as needed.
