The Role We Want You For

This is a full-time, on-site Evening Janitor position based in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of a commercial facility after business hours, from 4 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM. Your efforts will ensure that offices, restrooms, and shared spaces are consistently clean, safe, and prepared for use the next business day.

We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive mindset to uphold the facility's integrity and provide a safe, efficient environment for all occupants.

The Specifics of the Role

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and break areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
• Clean windows, glass doors, and high-touch surfaces
• Conduct routine floor care (e.g., spot cleaning carpets, dry / wet mopping hard floors)
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company and client cleanliness standards
• Secure the facility as instructed, including locking doors and turning off lights
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs promptly
