Commercial Litigation Attorney

The position is on-site in White Plains, NY

A client of TGC search is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join Westchester’s premier litigation boutique. You’ll work on complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative, small-firm environment—without the NYC commute.

They are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally qualified attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience in both federal and state courts. This is a unique opportunity for a litigator who thrives on autonomy, values direct client contact, and is eager to gain meaningful courtroom experience.

Ideal candidates will have :

• 5-8 years of Complex Litigation experience
• Hands-on experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, and complex dispositive motions
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of subject matters, including non-compete / non-solicit litigation and dissolution of closely held entities
• Exceptional legal writing skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
