General responsibility for supervising client tax engagements

Technology including the ability to utilize systems and databases adopted by the Firm;

Special expertise and experience in accounting, state and local tax compliance and consulting services;

Plan and complete assignments in a timely manner; and

Ability to recognize, research, document, and satisfactorily resolve technical tax issues.

Contribute to Firm Growth by :

Utilizing current relationships and contacts, initiate meetings with organizations to introduce RubinBrown to the market and generate leads for new business;

Playing an active role in other practice development activities including attending various professional / community / association meetings;

Properly managing new and existing client engagements by providing service beyond their expectations in order to retain their business and encourage referrals to other potential clients; and

Expanding services to existing clients by encouraging clients to utilize the Firm's services that will help improve the clients' operations.

Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Travel may be required.
