The Company is on the lookout for an exceptional VP, Digital Strategy & Programmatic Advertising to spearhead a diverse portfolio of clients while delivering outstanding digital campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will independently manage a talented team of 20-30 professionals, driving the digital strategy for every client engagement while ensuring the highest standards of quality through strategic oversight. Your expertise in digital innovation and operational efficiency will be key in navigating a fast‑paced digital landscape.

As a leader, you will deliver thought leadership and foster a culture of continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with senior management for effective resource management. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leading large teams within the digital space. Your deep understanding of all digital media channels, particularly programmatic and social, coupled with your ability to cultivate positive client relationships will set you apart.

The role demands adeptness in managing complexities across brands and interagency partners, showcasing a collaborative and solutions‑oriented approach. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills are essential as you identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, engage clients in setting strategic goals, and ensure compliance with client contracts.

You are expected to maintain a broad awareness of campaign details and actively contribute to the team’s vision for thought leadership and automation initiatives.
