job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMUST BE LICENSED Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Current state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults Knowledge of diagnostic criteria and ability to conduct thorough assessments Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and risk assessment protocols Strong clinical counseling skills with a focus on evidence-based practices Ability to provide effective behavioral therapy and behavior management strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and scheduling
FULLY REMOTE GROUP PRACTICE STARTING AT $90 AN HOUR
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support
- Collect data and monitor client progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness
