Medical Assistant Front & Back Office (Hybrid Role) Vivant Health

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Duties :

• Greet and check in patients, verify insurance and demographic information
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Collect co-payments and assist patients with accessibility needs
• Answer phone calls and route messages appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing coordination
• Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
