• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule
• 10 - 14 patients per day on average
• Outpatient clinic with minimal inpatient coverage
• 50% oncology consults, 50% hematology consults
• 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient patient mix
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
