Director of Facilities & Maintenance

The Director of Facilities & Maintenance leads all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and asset management across Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's retail locations throughout North America, White River Marine Group manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and corporate offices, including Base Camp in Springfield, Missouri. This role ensures every property reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and conservation heritage that define the Bass Pro Shops family of brands. The Director will oversee a skilled facilities and maintenance team and collaborate across departments to deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and exceptional environments for Outfitters, customers, and manufacturing team members alike. This position is based in Springfield MO.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the enterprise-wide facilities and maintenance function across retail, manufacturing, corporate, and distribution operations.
• Develop strategic plans that align with company goals, brand standards, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety throughout all facilities teams.
• Partner with leaders in Retail Operations, Real Estate, Construction, White River Marine Group Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety to ensure consistent excellence across all sites.
