Key Responsibilities :

Oversee laboratory operations including chemistry hematology microbiology and blood bank.

Ensure CAP / CLIA regulatory compliance and maintain full accreditation readiness.

Lead budgeting staffing performance and strategic planning initiatives.

Partner with physicians and clinical leadership on diagnostic and operational priorities.

Implement and sustain process improvement and quality assurance programs.

Qualifications :

Active Florida Laboratory Director license (or eligibility / equivalent).

Minimum 3 years of laboratory leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
