Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active DoD Secret Clearance Rate : $80 - $120 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

The day-to-day :

• Interact with customers on solving problems
• Analyze system issues and perform corrective actions
• Perform on-site maintenance at each site as the need arises
• Conduct training at various local and remote sites
• Design and update training and operator manuals used by the customer
• Perform remote maintenance and software updates
• Operate and maintain customer and Viasat L-band Networks
• Configure and update network configuration changes
• Software testing and integration
• Confirm network configuration changes in a lab environment and deploy tested network configuration changes to a production environment
• Participate in 24 / 7 / 365 on-call duty rotation and respond to customer escalations

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
