Part-time Housekeeper Needed

A friendly family in Greenwich Village, NY is seeking an experienced part-time housekeeper to care for their 5,000sf home. The home includes two children (ages 10 and 13) and two cats, so a child-friendly and pet-friendly demeanor is important. The position begins mid-January and requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities :

• Daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Laundry and linen care (washing, folding, ironing, organizing)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the home
• Light meal prep or kitchen cleanup as needed
• Care for two cats (feeding, litter box maintenance)
• Keeping household supplies stocked and notifying the family when replenishment is needed
• Organizing projects

Qualifications :

Schedule : Two days per week (specific days to be coordinated with the family)

Start date : Mid-January

Salary : $40$45 per hour
