YOUR ROLE :
In this pivotal role as our Automotive District Manager - Area Manager, you'll oversee five store locations in the Annapolis area and one in Rockville, MD. As the champion of our core values, you will regularly visit each store to work directly with managers and staff, coaching, mentoring, and leading them to meet goals and exceed expectations. You'll drive growth, efficiency, and team development while ensuring our stores consistently deliver exceptional customer service and performance. By leading through example, you will foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.
