job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee payroll on a biweekly, weekly, and monthly basis for 500+ employees Maintain employee information in ADP Reconcile 403b contribution and calculate organization match Prepare union dues Educate employees on time sheet submittal and managers on approval Manage the W-2 process for year-end Create payroll and employee compensation reports as requested Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent (4 years) 3+ years of experience in a payroll role that includes multi-state and union functions CPP is a major plus
