EōS Fitness is in search of a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team! Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Department : Finance

Responsibilities :

• Support month-end close by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, analyzing results, and compiling reports.
• Manage and maintain GL hierarchies in Oracle Fusion, including segment values, value sets, and tree versions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure GL structures align with reporting and operational needs.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
• Complete audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Support AP / AR processes and ensure timely transaction processing.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
