Visions Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented Accounting Assistant to join a great company on a temp-to-hire basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • General Ledger entries invoicing and daily accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines
  • Support department operations

Qualifications :

  • Preferably Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Understanding of basic financial principles
  • 6 months 1 year of accounting experience required
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

    • Schedule : MondayFriday 7 : 00 AM4 : 00 PM

    Pay : $20$24 per hour DOE
