MUST HAVE : Apptus / Conga- Contract Lifecycle Management systems (aka CLM) experience is REQUIRED

Duties

• Someone who can go out, meet with Stakeholders, extract technical and business requirements from stakeholders, translate, business in to technical and process flow requirements
• Experience in a technical legal department is a nice to have - but are primarily needing a great BSA, legal background is not his focus
• Someone with great comm , someone who is sharp and can get moving quickly
• Salesforce experience is needed - running BSA initiatives within Salesforce - SF experience is the main requirement - Salesforce is the main must have
• Apptus / Conga- Contract Lifecycle Management systems (aka CLM) experience is REQUIRED
• They have a Workflow Automation tool, Tonkean. TONKEAN IS NOT NEEDED. Ideally this BSA will take over this component / tool

Job Description :

Legal Operations is seeking a contract Business System Analyst to join our team. This Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the legal organization's various business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Legal environment, and a strong background in business systems analysis. Additionally, the candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, Conga, CLM, and a working knowledge in Tonkean Workflow Automation, or familiarity with other workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities :

Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Effectively collaborate with Legal teams to translate business needs into requirements and ultimately functional deliverables

Utilize Tonkean to implement workflow automation to improve processes

Work with the Business Technology organization to enact technical requirements and solutions in current systems.

Author detailed documentation, including process maps, robust requirements documents, and test plans

Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions

Train users on new processes and systems

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Requirements :

Effective in eliciting business requirements from stakeholders

Strong business case definition skills

Competent writer of clear and concise requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Innate ability to develop effective business process flow diagrams

Cursory understanding of the contract lifecycle

Ability to expertly and concisely communicate with business and technical teams

Core understanding of business data analytics and effective reporting

Strong project management skill set
