Role : The Inventory & Returns Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory control activities and the timely processing of returns within the distribution center. This role ensures inventory accuracy is maintained to meet company targets and that returns are handled efficiently to support customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory audit program, conducting root cause analysis, and monitoring performance metrics. This manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.

Main Job Duties : Inventory Control

• Manages the flow, processes, and accuracy of inventory within the distribution center, striving for 98.5%+ inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement and overall inventory optimization.
• Lead the cycle count program and inventory audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Own the RCCA program to identify inventory failures and implement preventative measures.
• Partner with inbound, wire, and outbound operations teams minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with BU partners (Branches, Hubs, Finance, Sales) to support inventory initiatives.
