job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCreate wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity mockups to conceptualize and prototype innovative digital experiences. Design and enhance web pages, landing pages, and app interfaces to improve purchase flows and fan engagement. Build and maintain templates for consistent design across platforms. Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and maintain visual consistency. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions that enhance conversion rates and engagement. Monitor industry trends and leverage emerging tools and technologies to innovate fan-centric experiences. Develop solutions to complex user experience challenges, aligned with the goals of multiple business units. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance teams, to deliver seamless digital experiences. Set design direction and contribute to the digital product roadmap by collaborating on feature enhancements and system integrations. Lead brainstorming design sessions and provide constructive feedback to internal and external teams. Develop and maintain design systems and best practice guides to ensure scalability and consistency. Document design processes and collaborate closely with developers for a smooth handoff. Optimize information architecture to create intuitive navigation and content structures. A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in sports, entertainment, or eCommerce industries. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects is a plus. Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to measure the impact of design improvements. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and an understanding of front-end development workflows. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Wrike or Jira. Summary :
The UX / UI Designer will play a critical role in enhancing the fan and customer experience across our digital platforms, which include websites and native apps for the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami Open. Working closely with the Senior UX Designer, this role will support efforts to optimize design for ticket sales, engagement, and overall user satisfaction, ensuring our platforms reflect the premium experience our brands represent.
