About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Data Center Construction in the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale construction programs across high-growth hyperscale data center markets. This pivotal regional leadership role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, managing construction schedules, and ensuring precision execution from site selection to commissioning. The role also includes project-level P&L oversight, enforcing safety and quality standards, and representing the business with key partners and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering data center or mission-critical construction projects, with a proven ability to lead multi-site programs and regionally distributed teams. A deep understanding of Tier III / IV data center MEP systems and technical interfaces is essential, as is strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and leadership skills. The role requires a collaborative, problem-solving mindset and the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The company values speed, flexibility, and end-to-end control, and the Vice President will be expected to build high-performing teams, optimize delivery, and ensure the company's standards are met across all regional builds.
