Grocery Warehouse Associate / Unloader

We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders / loaders to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload / load frozen meat from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally. We offer daily pay which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck.

Qualifications :

• Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Grocery experience is a plus

Responsibilities :

Pay and Shift Details :

Shift : Monday-Friday 2 : 00pm - 12 : 30am (or until work is finished each day)

Pay : Performance-based pay, with the average associate earning $22 / hour, but never less than $18 / hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.
