Senior Director of Underwriting and Analytics

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide clients and prospective clients with specialized review of existing plan design contractual terms and pricing to remain competitive.
• Ensuring that the financial analysis on prospective clients is completed accurately and within appropriate deadlines.
• Provide expertise on valuations of potential corporate initiatives creating client pricing ROI and the ability to evaluate opportunities within the larger scope of the entire company.
• Leverage pharmacy and medial claims data to provide actionable and relevant and timely analytic insight.
• Strong understanding of ACA PPACA Medicare and spectrum from fully insured to fully self-funded small and large PBM business plans. Solid understanding of employer / group health benefits from all funding methodologies.
• Engage with executive leadership to identify areas where analytics can drive business value.
• Define team and individual goals managing performance and providing onboarding support and ongoing mentorship to the analytics team.
