Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions industry, is seeking a Staff IT Program Manager to join their team. As a Staff IT Program Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : Up to $185,500

What's the Job?

• Lead the execution of multiple strategic, cross-functional IT programs within a business-aligned domain, with a focus on quote-to-cash initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end quote-to-cash transformations, including sales quoting, order management, contract lifecycle management, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to define value, quantify impact, and support investment proposals.
• Partner with IT, architecture, and business leaders to define objectives, outcomes, and delivery milestones.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, managing interdependencies and trade-offs.
