As a Credentialed Trainer , you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for developing content / workflow expertise for Ambulatory Epic application(s). Credentialed Trainers (CTs) focus on the provision of end user training in the classroom, via live classroom training and / or in 1 : 1 settings to end users working in Deaconess Clinic. Additional focus areas include rounding, customer communication and optimization activities. The CT documents issues identified during training and provides additional support with a focus on efficiency and acceptance. The Ambulatory CT collaborates with DC leadership to train and support end-users with adoption of Practice Transformation and promoting interoperability metric workflows.

What You Will Need

Education and experience in a health related or adult education field preferred.

Associates or Bachelors Degree, Professional Licensure or Health Profession Certification Required

Previous experience documenting in Epic’s electron medical record preferred

Evidence of previous experience as a trainer and / or mentor preferred

Previous experience with document preparation such as writing user guides, grant applications, business plans preferred.

Certifications / Licenses / Education

Education and experience in a health related or adult education field are preferred. RN licensure preferred. Associates or Bachelors Degree, Professional Licensure or Health Profession Certification Required. Epic Proficiency certification within 1 year.
