Breeding Nursery Global Support Manager (on site)

About the Opportunity

The Breeding Nursery Global Support Manager is essential for standardizing and optimizing processes across Breeding Nurseries worldwide. This role focuses on implementing homogeneous models in key strategic areas such as planning, order integration, and stock management. Overseeing a team will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and communicating critical data to support informed decision-making, ensure efficiency, and facilitate global logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized model for planning, order integration, stock management, as well as plant propagation planning files for all Breeding Nurseries per crop.
• Implementing continuous improvement and process management to ensure efficiencies and reliability in all Breeding Nursery processes (Planning, Logistics, Data analysis and reporting, Plant Propagation).
• Maintain clear and effective communication and visibility of all processes to all customers and stakeholders as needed.
• Provide logistical support to ensure plants arrive on time, in number, and with the right quality, updating regulatory requirements, monitoring and providing reports on Global Breeding Nursery material stocks.
• Data analysis and report on the plant propagation plan for Breeding Nurseries, keep databases up to date to ensure accurate information is available for stakeholders and R&D leadership communication.
• Develop global files, easy-to-manage for Global Breeding Nursery processes

Salary Range estimated for the Breeding Nursery Global Support Manager : $102,540 to $140,993 USD.
