Position Overview

This isn’t your average insurance office. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where excellence is expected and rewarded. We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager who can confidently balance sales, service, and technology to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Proactively reach out to customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend solutions, and cross-sell additional products.
• Manage and track all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, personalize communication, and streamline workflows.
• Demonstrate exceptional email etiquette and professional communication standards in all interactions.
• Ensure daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain a professional office environment and uphold our agency’s reputation for excellence.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management .
• Strong computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and AI-based tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and articulate.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus.
• Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• A confident, self-motivated professional who enjoys solving problems and achieving results.
