We're looking for a Luxury Travel Coordinator - someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support our travel advisors in delivering exceptional travel experiences.

You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, managing the moving parts that turn a client's dream trip into reality.

In this role, you will :

• Support advisors with assigned travel coordination tasks
• Join remote team meetings and complete training on travel apps and systems
• Professionally communicate with hotels and clients to execute requests
• Manage and update reservations, payments, and client details in our database
• Create and organize electronic travel itineraries and departure documents
• Handle payments, quotes, and reservation details accurately
• Gather quotes and assist agents behind the scenes
• Step in to help cover for advisors who are out of the office
• Stay one step ahead to make advisors more effective every day

Full-time role | 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM EST (with flexibility as needed)
