Three or more years of direct experience with industrial weighing equipment. Two or more years of technical support or technical training experience. Solid verbal (English) communication skills in both small and large group settings. Strong written communication skills in both short and long format documents. Demonstrated success in participating in diverse team environments. Sound analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities. Motivation, adaptability, and professional qualities to work with minimal supervision and guidance. Senior level requires extensive experience or expertise in multiple product-focused specializations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide in-depth application and technical support for industrial business area products to North American and Canadian Industrial Sales and Service Channels, including direct and distribution channels and registered OEMs.
- Adhere to client service level agreements and interface with our client base to identify and document functional requirement specifications for applications utilizing our product portfolio.
- Create custom quotations and review technical bulletins, white papers, and other documentation.
- Assist and / or lead product-focused training activities and participate in product introduction, phase in / out activities, and other support functions.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
