Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves contributing to and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, optimizing marketing funnels through iterative processes, and driving growth and new customer acquisition through data-driven experiments and innovative tactics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly analytical, and ready to tackle the challenges of a fast‑paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event channels
Coordinate production of content assets (blogs, communities (Reddit, Medium, LinkedIn) whitepapers, testimonials)
Manage social media calendar; monitor engagement and coordinate responses
Oversee a community of influencers and partner contacts committed to advancing the cause of Agile Data Modeling.
Track campaign performance and collate marketing analytics reports
Assist in organizing webinars, virtual events, and conference sponsorships
Interact with customers and partners for social proof content (reviews, case studies)
Maintain brand assets and help ensure visual / style consistency across platforms

Growth Campaign Management :
Launch, track, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Own the content calendar and tell the story of your brand and company in order to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners.
Brand Building :
Collaborate with the founding team to maintain a high‑quality brand narrative.
Partnership Development :
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and media relationships.
Performance Monitoring :
Manage the marketing budget and KPIs to ensure efficiency and goal achievement. You’re constantly on top of objective, data‑driven performance metrics. You’ll gravitate toward activities that yield positive, incremental improvements day after day, and you measure constantly.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred
Familiarity with PLG strategies a plus
Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Canvas, Webflow, Reddit, Medium and LinkedIn.
