About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Revenue Cycle Management to lead the strategic integration and advancement of revenue cycle operations. This executive will be responsible for overseeing all revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, denial management, coding, and patient access, across the enterprise. The role is pivotal in ensuring the financial viability and operational excellence of the organization, with a focus on post-implementation optimization, accurate KPI reporting, and enterprise-wide integration. The successful candidate will be a champion of transparency in financial performance, a promoter of effective communication across teams, and will leverage data to identify inefficiencies and guide strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for the SVP, RCM include fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence, as well as maximizing net revenue through enhanced revenue integrity and clinical documentation practices. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, and a passion for operational integrity. They will work closely with hospital CFOs to strengthen denial management, improve the Case Mix Index, and implement proactive solutions. The role also involves assessing and realigning the revenue cycle team structure to support new workflows and technologies, and championing the adoption of AI and automation tools as part of the organization's digital transformation strategy.
