The IAM Engineer Lead will drive policies and best practices of Identity Access and Management (IAM) across the enterprise organization. Assess continuous improvement based on technology upgrades, software, systems, and best practices. Responsible for monitoring, upgrading, support, and management of IAM infrastructure related systems. Responsibilities include :
Serves as an escalation point for advanced operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment including but not limited to : API Management, holistic SSO, modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth), CyberArk (password vaulting, privileged session management, and credential rotation), and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Advanced understanding of IAM process protocols and environment (i.e. multi-factor authentication and NIST standards)Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environmentConducting triage and resolution of IAM issues and outages.Leading project workstreams across end-to-end IAM and infrastructure projectsCross team collaboration with business and information technology stakeholders, driving solutions design and development.Learning and adopting emerging technologiesDesign, implement, and operate complex enterprise IAM solutionsAdvanced knowledge of ITIL framework, ticket resolutions, and stakeholder responseActively supporting the advancement of the strategic roadmapGuide junior engineers and translate business needs into technical IAM designs.Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition with the business for pro-active solutions
