The HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to management and our employees on human resource-related issues, working closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance the performance, culture, and workforce engagement of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining our ATS, and collaborating with candidates and hiring managers at various stages of the interview process.
• Promote awareness and ensure compliance with Birdon’s policies and key people programs.
• Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
• Act as a strategic advisor with a focus on partnership with management to support the business and achievement of organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of positive employee relations and engagement to increase retention.
• Support the performance management process, benefits open enrollment, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and other processes and projects as assigned.
• Conduct research, analyze data and prepare recommendations on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws for a Federal Contractor.
• Manage all Leave of Absence requests based on state and federal regulations.
• Manage all Work Comp injuries, collaborating with site Safety.
