Eberjey is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Manager to lead photoshoot production, manage creative team projects, and oversee all photography assets. This essential role brings Eberjey's vision to life across platforms by ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and with a focus on our brand's comfort-driven elegance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a strong background in production and project management, a passion for fashion and storytelling, and an eye for aesthetics aligned with our brand ethos. As a self-starter and skilled communicator, you will balance creative workloads, adjust priorities as needed, and coordinate effectively between the creative team and other departments to align on goals and timelines.

What You'll Do

Photoshoot Production Management

• Plan and execute photoshoots from pre-production to post-production, coordinating all logistics including location scouting, casting, budgeting, contracts, scheduling, and timeline creation.
• Manage vendors, including photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other freelance creatives, to ensure quality and brand consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate with the Art Director on budget management and annual creative budgeting.
