Position Overview :

We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer who is bilingual (English / Spanish) and experienced in Property & Casualty (Life license is a plus). The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.

Responsibilities :

Quote and sell auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products

Build relationships with new and existing clients

Manage renewals, endorsements, and follow-up communications

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Maintain compliance with carrier and state requirements

Qualifications :

Active Arizona Property & Casualty License (Life License preferred)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Goal-oriented with excellent time management
