We are seeking a strategic Director of eCommerce and Digital Strategy to lead the execution of digital initiatives across eCommerce, mobile, and customer experience platforms. This leader will play a critical role in enhancing digital engagement, loyalty, and revenue while partnering across teams to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Lead the development and optimization of digital strategies across mobile and eCommerce channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and customer experience improvements Incorporate emerging technologies like AR and machine learning into product roadmaps Partner with tech leaders such as Apple, Google, and Verizon to scale capabilities Manage agile teams in the delivery of high-impact digital solutions Align digital initiatives with business KPIs and long-term growth objectives Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in digital leadership, eCommerce, or digital transformation roles Strong track record in driving mobile commerce, loyalty programs, and digital engagement Deep experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management Technical proficiency in eCommerce platforms, CMS, and monetization models Success working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional leadership Strategic mindset with ability to execute across both vision and detail If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
