Office Administrator

Job Summary :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day office operations. This includes all aspects of both employee and client support.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively guide candidates through the application and hiring process
Conduct new hire onboarding and facilitate in-person orientations
Maintain compliance and accuracy of personnel records
Coordinate and document employee performance reviews and retraining
Support employee engagement, and retention efforts
Handle client and employee inquiries and requests
Assist with scheduling, answering phones, filing, and general office functions
Qualifications :
Prior experience in office administration, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of medical terminology relating to home care and care giving preferred
