A company is looking for an AVP of Corporate Development and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze the competitive landscape through ongoing tracking, market mapping, and trend analysis

Support M&A and partnerships by sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential acquisitions and joint ventures

Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects and contribute to long-term planning and market positioning

Required Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred

5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy roles

Strong analytical skills with comfort in financial modeling and interpreting financial statements

Experience in supporting M&A due diligence and strategic planning processes

Genuine interest in ETFs, asset management, and investment platforms
