Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage staff, drive sales, and uphold the restaurant's brand values.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints promptly.
  • Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.
