The Construction Superintendent is responsible for providing construction services as required on small construction projects. Although they are not responsible for producing large jobs, depending on skill set, they may perform some or all the following : rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, prefinished hardwood, and laminate flooring.

Additional skill set assets would include : tile, cabinetry, carpet, roofing, electrical.

Responsibilities :

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
• Prepare rooms / areas for work activities
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per project managers directions
• Perform end-of-day / end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling

We'd love to meet you and talk to you. We service customers who have experienced water, fire and mold disasters and we help them "put it all back together . . . like it never even happened." You'll be working at residential & commercial jobsites that include sheetrock, paint, trim and some minor flooring / light construction detail. We will train you on the specifics of insurance and / or disaster-related.
