Associate Analyst, HR Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collection & Analysis :

Gather and compile HR data from various sources. Skilled in data cleaning / massaging, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data.?Researching and resolving data issues, which could include reaching out to HRBPs for data corrections.

Support compliance / government reporting by ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Compliance :

• Willingness to learn regulations for Federal Contractors to ensure HR practices align with employment laws, company policies, and regulations for Federal Contractors by monitoring data related to compliance efforts.?

Unemployment hearings

Translations

Global Holiday Calendar

Other departmental needs as required

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience

2 - 4 years of experience in HR / Data

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Fountain) is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent communication, follow through, and organizational skills.
