We have an immediate opportunity for a Material Inspector in the San Bernardino area. This is a Monday-Friday position on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Experienced in Quality Control inspecting distribution transformer units. This requires keen attention to detail critical to the job to detect defects if any that could be easily missed by the consumer but still presents a safety risk
• Ability to interpret blueprints and other drawings that detail products specifications
• Ability to visually inspect shipments of transformers from vendors
• Ability to meticulously record any cosmetic issues in a tracking log
• Ability to bend down to look at nameplates and stickers for information while performing visual inspections
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Clear understanding of warranty period on product and when it was manufactured
• Ability to travel to various warehouses in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas;  reimbursement for travel given

Education and Experience

Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.

Compensation based on experience.
