This position advises the Chancellor regarding the potential financial impact to the college of any decision or circumstances that may arise.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Prepare monthly financial reports for the BOR

• Provide input to Chancellor’s Cabinet to facilitate the operational needs of the college
• Organize the creation and implementation of the annual college budget; approve day-to-day purchases and adjustments to the existing budget
• Prepare and submit federal and state financial reports
• Provide input to the Chancellor for strategic financial decisions
• Supervise and provide support to financial aid, comptroller, purchasing and asset management, and executive director of fiscal affairs.
• Implement and administer goals / objectives, as well as policies and procedures necessary to provide assigned services.
• Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.

Required Education Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.

Required Skills & Abilities

Preferred Skills & Abilities Required Experience Ten (10) years strong business / financial background experience

Public sector experience a plus Preferred Experience Eight (8) years of experience in higher education administration rolespreferred Posting Date 11 / 04 / 2025 Closing Date Special Instructions to Applicants Subject to criminal background check.
