Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1532.75 - $1679.50

MUST HAVE : Experience in inpatient rehab

EMR - MediTech

Type of equipment – RW, WC, suppl. 02, STC, conditioning equipment, BITS, Andago, Bioness, Armeo, Simulation Lab, etc.

Patient Ratios – Expectation of 6 hrs of patient care in 8 -hr shift

Number of Staff – 50+ Acute, IP Rehab, OP Rehab

Number of Beds – 18; Hospital Based IP Rehab Unit

Scrub Color / Attire - Hunter Green (

• We may have some to borrow depending on size)

Weekends and on-call if requested

No floating

TX license and CPR certification

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Creative, Accountable

Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, SLPs, PTs, PCTs, and techs

Eval and treatment of patients, report out in team conference, family training, DME recommendations

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Rehab

Experience : 1 year

OT-TX

Certifications : BLS-AHA

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

CARE Tool credentialed
