Position Overview

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to provide full-spectrum HR support in an administrative and strategic capacity. This role works closely with the C-Suite and reports directly to the HR Director, serving as a key partner in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, data management, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at communication and collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and support day-to-day recruitment operations while continuously improving processes and candidate experience.
