About Crave Catering

Crave Catering is one of Austin’s leading off-premise, full-service catering companies. We craft memorable dining experiences at private homes, event venues, and corporate gatherings all around Central Texas. Our team is passionate about food, service, and collaboration — and we’re looking for an Event Chef to help bring our events to life.

The Role

As an Event Chef, you’ll support our culinary team during off-premise events — helping with food prep, heating, and plating while keeping service smooth, fast, and fun. You’ll work under the direction of the Event Head Chef to ensure every dish meets Crave’s quality and presentation standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with food setup, heating, and final plating during events.
• Support smooth BOH (back-of-house) operations and service flow.
• Maintain food quality, temperature, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and handling best practices.
• Help with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of event kitchens.
• Collaborate with our chefs and service staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
