Associate Group Director, Healthcare

A rapidly expanding commercial bank is looking for a Associate Director, Relationship Manager to support the Group Director in managing relationships within  the healthcare sector. You’ll oversee loan portfolios, identify opportunities, and provide excellent service while cross-selling products. This role offers valuable experience and a path to future leadership in relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Senior Relationship Managers in managing loan and depository relationships.

Monitor and assess the credit performance of customer portfolios, addressing any issues as needed.

Prepare and organize credit and loan documentation, including financial data, credit histories, and collateral details.

Manage and track non-performing, underperforming, or delinquent loans when applicable.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree advantageous

At least 3-5 years relevant experience

Proficiency with Abrigo advantageous
