Job Summary :

Clarity Clinic is at the forefront of mental health and wellness, dedicated to providing innovative and compassionate care. They are seeking a Clinical Director who will oversee clinical operations, manage a small caseload, and provide leadership to a team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for two clinics : Clarity Clinic River North and Clarity Clinic Evanston locations.
• Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy or administering neuropsychological testing, while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload, while providing leadership oversight to Clinical Supervisors, Therapist IIs and clinical staff for assigned clinics.
• Training : A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors).
• Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training.
• Group Supervision : Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision.
